Hangar development details:

3 buildings total:

• 
  Hangars have two 60' wide x 16'6" tall hangar doors.

• Choose:

• 
  - Whole 2 door building, ~130' 8” ’ x  51' 6” ~ 6800sq ft

or 

        - Half of building (1 door)  ~ 65'4" x 51’6”  ~ 3400 sq ft

         Amenities:

- Hydro swing doors are 60’ wide x 16’6” tall

- CMU block construction

- Southeast Facing

- Each hangar unit has its own driveway (see photos)

- Vehicle roll-up door 8' high / 10' wide 

- 2-Personnel doors 40" wide, one door at the driveway. The       other leads out to the airside apron (ADA compliant) 

- Separate individual utilities & meters for electric with water,       sewer, and natural gas lines stubbed into each hangar

- Ground lease until 8/2053

- Gated private entrance / 24-hour access
