Due to a significant and unforeseen life change, I’m being forced to sell my hangar (located at Moses Lake Municipal Airport/W20). It’s not to the point I wanted to get it, but it does have a certificate of occupancy from the City of Moses Lake. That is to say, they consider it done. It’s 50’ wide and 40’ deep, with a 12-foot ceiling. The hangar door opening is 42’ 4” wide and 12’ tall. I was planning on fabricating the door myself and those details are in the plans (a hydraulic door). Matching sheet metal for the door is onsite for whatever kind of door the owner decides on. Using the door in the plans, the height of the door opening would be 11’ 8” tall. Power is available nearby and would be via Grant County PUD.
The lease goes through 2040 and costs $620 per year.
Price: $160,000
All the photos were shot at the hangar location, so there are some beautiful views.
