Built and finished in 2020. 50X50 with Schweiss Hangar Door with Straps, (not cables) 40X14 bifold door. Hangar is insulated with 3inch on walls and 4 inches on the roof. Built to withstand severe wind and snow loads. Hangar is heated with two electric wall mounted heaters. Heaters were recently upgraded and need the electrical wiring finished to box. There is no water to hangar but hookups are available. Hangar comes with a mounted out house on north side. 40x40 foot concrete apron which is attached to taxi way. Very nice hangar. Hangar is a Steel framed and steel outer area. Manufactured by Great Western Steel Buildings out of Colorado.
