in Feb 2024, we bought a Steel Building Kit, to build either a hangar in Appleton Wisconsin airport.  This is brand new materials, not used. The building was purchased from Titan Steel buildings, which includes: 

Engineer to help you plan and design your building for your specific dimensions and function. The engineer will figure out what your snow load, wind load, etc, according to the location and requirements for your location.  They will include 3 full set of blueprints.

Tax already paid.

The building includes metal siding, Galvalume roof, galvanized hardware, steel supports.  The building dimensions are for a building to be 50 x 50, or it could be 50 x 70 at no extra cost.  If you need it to be longer, these extra support girders can be purchased. ( Talk to the engineer about that .).  This is a reputable company, with great reviews.  The engineer we worked with very communicative and knowledgeable.   

The building kit is currently in Iowa, awaiting delivery to your location .  The shipping is included to Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, etc. We purchased several upgrades to the building.  They will be on the plans, which i have attached to this ad. We did not build the hangar, because there were many restrictions at the Appleton airport, and we gave it up.  Disappointed, but not dealing with it any longer.  We do have a contractor on board, who is local in Wisconsin, and has a complete estimate for building it.  The price is what we have into it this far, $80K. Tax and shipping have been paid.   I have attached the engineer drawings, that show the building as a 50 x 70.  That length dimension is changeable to 50' or 60,' without extra cost .
