Our 60’x340’x19’ T-Hanger on Sanderson Airfield in Shelton, WA will have 14 fully insulated units. These units will be located on the south end of the existing row of hangars closest to the runway. Two units will be 1,836 sqft with a 46’x14’ hangar door opening. Two units will be 1,564 sqft with a 44’x14’ hangar door opening. These four units will also have a 10’x10’ insulated garage door. The remaining ten units will be 1,360 sqft with a 44’x14’ hangar door opening.

All Units will include the following features:

• Supreme Hydraulic hangar door with remote (insulated with R-21)
• 26-gauge standing seam roof over plywood/OSB decking
• 29-gauge walls with 3’ wainscoting around bottom perimeter
• Fully insulated with R-21 in exterior walls, R-13 in separation walls and R-49 in the ceiling.
• Sheetrocked and painted
• One 3068 white insulated mandoor within hangar door
• 25” overhang around perimeter with enclosed metal soffits
• 4” concrete floor with fibermesh and saw cut joints
• Each unit will have a sub panel capable for 60 amp service
• LED Lighting
• Wired for high-speed internet

• 1360 sqft unit: $244,800.00
• 1564 sqft unit: $281,520.00
• 1836 sqft unit: $330,480.00

*The above pricing is based on a contract being signed prior to groundbreaking ($180/sqft). Once construction begins, the cost will increase to $200/sqft and once the building is complete the cost increases to $220/sqft.
