All utilities are available. It is very well insulated for winter and summer comfort. It has radiant heat, 200 Amp electrical service, commercial load natural gas service, backup generator power, internet service, and beautiful bathroom. Also has monitored Burglar, Fire and CO detection alarm system.

Hangar has a 20' high x 80’ wide hydraulic door for super fast entry and exit. Rates for partial space also available. Hangar can house 3 to 4 business light turbines; or many other smaller aircraft. The hangar also has a 14' High x 10' Wide overhead garage door, for easy entry and removal of other large items that do not require the Main Door to be opened.

Also, this hangar was engineered and constructed to have a future suspended mezzanine level on both sides, with a walkway at the back, adding almost an additional 3,000 square feet of above and off the floor space. This could be built to suit.
