Super nice box hangar at KIWA.  Close to runway, "quiet neighborhood" as they say in residential home sales.  The people in the tower are awesome and take great care of you - I have very few delays departing IFR even with the training schools on the airport.

My hangar sits on an airport lease as most hangars do.  Hangar dimensions are approximate, I store my Cirrus SR22T here.  I am leaving the area, so I have to give up my hangar and my airplane unfortunately. 

I put lots of photos so you can get a feel for the space - it is plumbed with water and sewer for future installation of a bathroom if you like.  Lots of electrical available.
