Renting my hangar at KMPV - Electric bi-fold door w/man door.  This is the center hangar in a three hangar building, making access in and out of the hangar very easy.

I am looking to rent this hangar until November 15th and may be flexible to end the rental between Oct 15 and Nov 15.    $3000 for 6 months. $2500 for 5 months paid up front and not month-to-month. If you have a different rental term in mind, I will listen to what you want and might change the lease period if the terms are agreed.

This hangar rental is for one aircraft only, and tenant must abide by the State of Vermont lease terms - notably you can store your vehicle in the hangar while you are away flying - and cannot be used for general / other storage.  Electric is included as long as the monthly bill stays under $30 (iI've never seen higher than $28 even in the winter when running electric preheater.)
